近年国内外掀起了研究粒用苋(即籽粒苋)的热潮,有人预测,粒用苋将成为21世纪新的粮食作物。为其在我国开发利用提供科学依据,山西省农科院作物遗传所对该院引进的美国粒用苋进行了营养评价。通过对18个品种测试分析表明:山西太原种植的美国粒用苋营养含量结果与美国、加拿大等国报道 In recent years, the upsurge of studying grain amaranth (ie grain amaranth) has been raised at home and abroad.
