实验以桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendal)成虫、幼虫和蛹不同虫态进行室内毒力测定,利用球孢白僵菌(Beauveryia bassiana)MZ050724菌株3.6×105~3.6×108个/mL4个分生孢子浓度对其进行室内毒力测定.在分生孢子3.6×108个/mL浓度下成虫死亡率最高达91.56%,幼虫死亡率最高达93.59%,蛹死亡率最高达78.36%;第8天的成虫LC50为2.65×105个/mL,幼虫的LC50为2.12×105个/mL,蛹的LC50为3.05×105个/mL.在3.6×105~3.6×108个/mL4浓度处理下成虫的LT50依次为7.11d、5.14d、4.58d和4.27d,幼虫的LT50依次为7.41d、6.46d、5.90d和5.13d,蛹的LT50依次为14.01d、7.55d、6.62d和6.11d.球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株在室内对桔小实蝇的成虫、幼虫和蛹有较强的毒力,具有良好的田间应用前景.
The indoor toxicity test was carried out in different stages of adults, larvae and pupae of Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendal), using the strain of Beauveryia bassiana MZ050724 3.6 × 105 ~ 3.6 × 108 个 / mL Spore concentration was tested indoors.There were 91.56% adult mortality, 93.59% larval mortality and 78.36% mortality in pupae at the concentration of 3.6 × 108 conidia / mL. The LT50 of adults under the concentration of 3.6 × 105 ~ 3.6 × 108 / The LT50 values of larvae were 7.41d, 6.46d, 5.90d and 5.13d, respectively, and the LT50 of pupae were 14.01d, 7.55d, 6.62d and 6.11d, respectively. The strain of Mortierella MZ050724 has strong virulence to adults, larvae and pupae in the laboratory and has a good field application prospect.
