建筑装饰工程施工管理是建筑装饰企业整体管理工作中最重要的组成部分，从某种意义上说，施工管理水平，代表了建筑装饰企业的管理技术水平，也是建筑装饰施工单位综合实力的具体表现。文章在分析建筑装饰工程施工管理要素的基础上，提出了该领域相关的质量管理方法。
