去年我站在制定甜菜种子的收购方案吋,决定不采用剖仁率,而以实际发芽率,为定级定价的主要依据。要真正反映种子的质量,就必须提高发芽率的准确性。为此我们曾用发芽皿作了多次发芽试验,其结果不是温度低就是湿度大很不理想。后来试用了土钵发芽的办法,获得了良好的效果。我们选用八个材料分别用土钵进行发芽试验,并在发芽皿内作了三个不同的处理,加以比较,所得的结果是:平均发芽率:四个处理分别为75、80.3、60.2、83.3见下表:
