目的探究高粘度骨水泥治疗椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月我院收治的骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者52例,将其分为对照组24例和观察组28例。对照组接受普通骨水泥治疗,观察组接受高粘度骨水泥治疗,并比较两组患者Cobb角、VAS评分、生活质量评分及渗漏发生率。结果 1治疗后,观察组Cobb角为(13.4±3.0)°显著低于对照组的(19.7±3.3)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2观察组VAS评分为(1.6±0.3)分、生活质量评分为(91.2±3.3)分,显著优于对照组的(2.9±0.9)分、(77.5±2.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3观察组水泥渗漏率为7.1%,显著低于对照组的20.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高粘度骨水泥治疗椎体压缩性骨折的疗效显著,且安全、可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of high viscosity cement in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures. Methods 52 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into control group (24 cases) and observation group (28 cases). The control group received ordinary bone cement treatment, the observation group received high viscosity cement treatment, and Cobb angle, VAS score, quality of life scores and incidence of leakage were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the Cobb angle in observation group was (13.4 ± 3.0) ° lower than that in control group (19.7 ± 3.3) °, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The VAS score in observation group was (1.6 ± 0.3) ), And the quality of life score was (91.2 ± 3.3) points, which was significantly better than that of the control group (2.9 ± 0.9) and (77.5 ± 2.1) points respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05) The leakage rate was 7.1%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (20.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High viscosity cement is effective in treating vertebral compression fractures and is safe and reliable. It is worthy of clinical application.
