一、工程概况南京某服装厂机电楼的建筑平面尺寸为52.4×12.5米,共三层。底层为材料仓库和金工车间,层高为4.5米。二层为机电维修车间,活荷载为700公斤/米~2,层高为4米。三层为办公计量室,活荷载为300公斤/米~2,层高为4米。为了使该厂房的建筑空间大、工艺布置灵活,同时为了改革现浇结构的楼面模板,我们提出了一种部分预应力混凝土现浇框架与叠合楼板组成的多层结构体系,并在该工程进行试点。部分预应力混凝土现浇框架采用横向布置,按7度抗震设防(图1)。柱网尺寸为12×
I. Project Overview The plane size of the electrical and mechanical building of a garment factory in Nanjing is 52.4 x 12.5 meters, a total of three floors. The ground floor is a material warehouse and a metalworking workshop with a floor height of 4.5 meters. The second floor is an electrical and mechanical maintenance workshop with a live load of 700 kg/m2 and a floor height of 4 m. The third floor is an office measuring room with a live load of 300 kg/m2 and a floor height of 4 m. In order to make the building’s building space large, flexible layout of the process, and in order to reform the floor stencil of the cast-in-place structure, we have proposed a multi-layer structural system consisting of partially prestressed concrete cast-in-place frames and superposed floor slabs.
