采用真空钎焊方法分别研究了高体积比SiCP/6063Al复合材料不电刷镀铜钎焊及先电刷镀铜后再钎焊的连接特性,考察了镀铜层对真空钎焊质量及接头性能的影响。结果表明,镀铜层可明显改善Al57.5-Cu31.5-Mg6-Sn5箔状钎料对复合材料的润湿性,钎焊接头致密完整,在580℃、保温30 min的条件下,获得最大抗剪强度为145.6 MPa,断裂发生在复合材料内部。然而不电刷镀铜钎焊后,接头存在间隙,断口表明断裂发生在钎料与复合材料连接界面处,钎焊质量差。因此,高体积比SiCP/6063Al复合材料表面电刷镀铜是改善其焊接性的有效方法之一。
The vacuum brazing method was used to study the connection characteristics of high volume ratio SiCP / 6063Al composites without brazing copper brush and brazing before brushing.
