甘糖酯(PGMS)是类肝素海洋药物。本文以鹌鹑高脂血症为模型观察了PGMS对鹌鹑肝脏和动脉壁胆固醇及丙二醛含量(MDA)的影响。结果表明,口服PGMS 6周,能明显抑制高脂饮食所致TC、(LDL+VLDL)-C水平的升高,提高HDL-C/TC及HDL_2-C/HDL_3-C值;明显减少鹌鹑肝脏和动脉壁胆固醇含量,特别是减少胆固醇酯在动脉壁的沉积和脂质过氧化物的终末产物MDA的生成。
Glyceryl ester (PGMS) is a heparinoid marine drug. In this paper, the effects of PGMS on cholesterol and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the liver and arterial wall of quail were observed using the model of quail hyperlipidemia. The results showed that oral administration of PGMS for 6 weeks significantly inhibited the increase of TC, (LDL + VLDL) -C and HDL-C / TC and HDL_2-C / HDL_3-C induced by high-fat diet, And arterial wall cholesterol content, in particular to reduce the deposition of cholesteryl ester on the arterial wall and the production of lipid peroxide, the terminal product of MDA.
