本文打破了常规的钛合金铸锭生产工艺,采用7,000t油压机和混料器添加TC4块状返回炉料生产TC4铸锭,完成了Ф710/720mm规格铸锭的试制工作,研究了钛合金返回炉料的加入方式、添加比例及粒度,电极制备以及熔炼工艺参数等对钛合金化学成份及均匀性的影响。结果表明:块状返回炉料添加粒度控制在40mm以内适宜,添加比例20%是可行的。
