近来发现金属硫蛋白MT参与机体抗损伤过程。本实验用电子顺磁共振仪(ESR)监测心肌组织中的氧自由基(OFR);电镜观察心肌超微结构的改变;并对电镜图象进行立体定量分析,测定线粒体比表面积δMit值(δMit值越小,说明线粒体水肿越严重),来了解MT对低温体外循环下缺血120分钟/再灌注20秒之犬心肌的保护作用。
