金岭金矿埠南矿区的矿体受构造蚀变带控制,矿岩破碎、节理发育、不稳固,给采矿工作带来很大的困难。为寻求合理的采矿方法,在该矿区进行了低分段倾斜工作面干式充填法的试验研究。结果表明:试验采场结构合理、生产能力大;由于加强了采场顶板管理措施,保证了采场安全生产;实现了无矿柱,大采场回采,提高了矿石回收率,降低了贫化率。低分段倾斜工作面干式充填法试验的成功,为我国类似条件的矿床开采,提供了一种行之有效的方法。
The orebody in Jinnan Gold Mine Bu’nan Mining Area is controlled by tectonic alteration zone, the ore rock is broken, the joints are developed and unstable, which brings great difficulties to the mining work. In order to seek a reasonable mining method, a pilot study on the dry-filling method of low-section inclined face was carried out in this mining area. The results show that the structure of the stope is reasonable and the production capacity is high. As a result of strengthening the stope roof management measures, the safe production of the stope is ensured; the ore-free pillars and large stope mining are recovered, the ore recovery rate is increased, rate. The success of dry filling method for low section inclined face has provided an effective method for the mining of similar conditions in our country.
