目的比较亳紫菀药材不同药用部位紫菀酮的含量。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对亳紫菀的不同药用部位进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对不同药用部位紫菀酮的含量进行测定。结果TLC分析亳紫菀根状茎、根、母根均在相应的Rf值处显相同颜色的荧光斑点,且阴性无干扰;HPLC法所测紫菀酮含量大小依次为根>母根>根状茎,所测精密度、稳定性、重复性及加样回收率均良好。结论该方法简便、准确、分离度好,为亳紫菀的产地加工提供了依据。
Objective To compare the content of purpurin in different medicinal parts of Bo millipede. Methods TLC (TLC method) was used to qualitatively identify the different medicinal parts of Aster bream and the contents of shikonin in different medicinal parts were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results TLC analysis of rhizomes, root and root of M. purpurea all showed fluorescent spots with the same color at the corresponding Rf values, and had no negative effects. The content of purpurin in HPLC was lower than that of root> root> , The measured precision, stability, repeatability and sample recovery were good. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, good separation, and provides the basis for the processing of the origin of the asparagus.
