《秀拉》是托尼·莫里森的第二部长篇小说,作品通过对秀拉、夏娃和奈尔三位典型黑人女性形象命运的刻画,展现了黑人女性在面对性别、阶级和种族三重压迫下勇于对抗传统、寻找自我的不屈精神,彰显了黑人女性的意识觉醒。而对秀拉、夏娃和奈尔的人物形象分析,对研究黑人文学有着很强的现实意义和理论价值。基于此,本文拟从女性主义视角解读《秀拉》,从黑人女性生活的社会环境着手,重点分析秀拉、夏娃、奈尔这三位黑人女性对自我的找寻历程,揭示出黑人女性在找寻自我过程中所面临的种种困境与艰辛,深化了对托尼·莫里森的作品《秀拉》的认知与理解。
Sula is the second novel by Tony Morrison.
