本文采用高效液相色谱法以苦味酸为内标,按内标法定量测定血浆甲硝唑(MTZ)浓度.用国产 YWG-C_(18)H_(37)色谱柱,甲醇:0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠(20∶80,v/v)为流动相,紫外检测波长为320nm.MTZ 三种浓度(4.98,44.00,77.85μg/ml)的日内精密度(RSD)及回收充分别为2.5,0.6,1.0%及110.0,95.0,104.6%.本法灵敏、准确、特异、简单,可用于甲硝唑药代动力学研究及药物浓度监测.
In this paper, picric acid was used as internal standard in high performance liquid chromatography, and the concentration of metronidazole (MTZ) in plasma was determined by internal standard method.The plasma concentration of metronidazole (MTZ) was determined by using domestic YWG-C 18 H 37 column, methanol 0.01 mol / L Sodium dihydrogen phosphate (20:80, v / v) was used as the mobile phase and UV detection wavelength was 320 nm.Its intra-day precision (RSD) and recovery of 2.5 for MTT at 4.98, 44.00 and 77.85 μg / , 0.6,1.0% and 110.0,95.0,104.6% .This method is sensitive, accurate, specific and simple and can be used for metronidazole pharmacokinetic studies and drug concentration monitoring.
