灰行为研究是煤燃烧和煤气化技术的关键,美国能源与环境研究中心在这方面一直保持着领先地位。在1995~1997期间,33项动力系统研究项目中,有10项是关于或涉及灰行为的研究项目。这些项目根据动力系统的实际运行情况和实验室的实验结果分析,对煤燃烧、气化等条件的结渣结焦机理进行了研究,特别是在配煤燃烧、流化床锅炉、低NOx情况以及减土金属在结渣结焦机理中的作用取得了结论。降低锅炉运行温度、合理配煤和使用吸减剂可以缓和或解决系统的结焦和结渣。
Ash behavior research is the key to coal combustion and coal gasification technologies and the US Center for Energy and Environmental Research has maintained its lead in this area. During the period 1995-1997, 10 of the 33 power system research projects were research projects on or relating to ash behavior. Based on the actual operation of the power system and the experimental results of the laboratory, these projects studied the fouling and coking mechanism of coal combustion and gasification conditions, especially in coal blending and combustion, fluidized bed boilers, low NOx and The role of soil-reducing metals in the mechanism of slagging and coking has been reached. Reduce the boiler operating temperature, reasonable coal blending and the use of absorbent can ease or solve the system of coking and slagging.
