在三环减速器传动机理的基础上,建立起带运动副间隙的三环减速器传动系统的运动学、动力学分析模型,导出了其运动学、动力学计算公式,利用所编制的计算程序对其进行了动力学分析,讨论了运动副间隙对其动态性能的影响,为正确选择这类机构运动副间隙及对机构进行优化设计提供理论依据。
Based on the transmission mechanism of Tricycle reducer, the kinematics and dynamics analysis model of the transmission system of three-ring gear reducer with secondary clearance of movement is established. The kinematics and dynamics formulas are deduced. Based on the calculation program The dynamic analysis is carried out to discuss the influence of the clearance of the movement pair on its dynamic performance, which provides a theoretical basis for the correct selection of the movement clearance of such a mechanism and the optimization design of the mechanism.
