脱轨器微机监控系统(Ⅲ型)由PC机控制的值班室监控主机系统、单片机实时控制的待检室监控机系统及室外脱轨器部分组成,具有实时监控现场18股道脱轨器作业功能,并具有对作业监控股道实现脱轨器作业请求功能:上脱允许、上、下脱轨器监测、列检股道数字显示、技检时间显示、股道信号红灯熄灭转换故障监测等。该系统在实际生产工作当中,因各种故障给安全生产带来不便。本文针对故障原因对系统提出了改进措施,使系统更加安全、稳定。
Derailment computer monitoring system (Ⅲ type) is composed of duty control room monitoring host system controlled by PC, waiting room monitoring machine system controlled by SCM and outdoor derailler. It has real-time monitoring function of 18-track derailment on site It has the function of derailment operation request to the job monitoring stock channel. It allows the upper and lower deraillers to monitor, the digital display of the stock bar, the display of the technical inspection time, the red light of the stock channel signal to switch off the fault monitoring and so on. The system in the actual production work, due to various faults to the inconvenience of production safety. This text has put forward the improvement measure to the system according to the breakdown reason, makes the system safer, steady.
