高等职业技术教育的培养目标与普通高等教育截 然不同,普通高等教育以培养学术型人才为主,高等职 业技术教育主要是培养应用型的技术人才。课程是决 定人才培养质量的关键,有什么样的课程就会造就出 什么样的人才,这就要求高等职业技术教育在课程理 念、课程结构和课程实施等方面都应有不同于普通高 等教育的标准和做法。在此方面,起步于2001年的宁 波大红鹰职业技术学院走在了前列。本文通过对该校 课程改革的理念与实践进行剖析,以期对我国高等职 业技术教育的发展提供一些有益的启示和借鉴。
The training goal of higher vocational and technical education is very different from that of general higher education. The general higher education mainly focuses on cultivating academic talents. The higher vocational and technical education mainly focuses on cultivating applied technical personnel. Curriculum is the key to determine the quality of personnel training, what kind of curriculum will create what kind of talent, which requires higher vocational and technical education in the curriculum philosophy, curriculum structure and curriculum implementation should have different from the higher education Standards and practices. In this respect, Ningbo Dahongying Vocational and Technical College started in 2001 at the forefront. This paper analyzes the concept and practice of curriculum reform in this school, with a view to provide some useful inspiration and reference for the development of our higher vocational and technical education.
