基于对胶焊接头局部结构和硬度分布的分析,建立了胶焊接头的计算模型。同时,对胶焊搭接接头拉伸剪切试验的载荷—位移曲线作了讨论。采用所建立的模型进行有限元计算,获得了两种弹性模量胶粘剂胶焊接头和单纯点焊接头的应力场,所得结果证实了计算模型模拟胶焊接头的有效性。
Based on the analysis of the local structure and hardness distribution of the rubber welding joint, the calculation model of the rubber welding joint is established. At the same time, the load-displacement curve of the tensile-shear test of the glue-welded joint is discussed. The finite element method was used to calculate the stress field of the two kinds of elastic modulus adhesive and pure spot welding. The obtained results confirmed the validity of the calculation model.
