眼下,又到了转业干部离队报到的高峰期。从往年的情况来看,不同程度地存在着转业干部到地方报到后不按规定时限落户、擅自协调变更安置地、因“二次分配”不理想而滞留部队等问题。为确保转业干部离队报到工作更加顺畅,笔者结合工作实践谈几点建议。NO.1:参照移交退休干部的方式,以接到回执为标准,确认是否正式离队转业干部的正式离队,目前以到地方落户完毕为基准。转业干部办理离队手续到地方军转办报到后,绝大多数能够在第一时间将《转业军官行政介绍信》回执交回原部队。但因其已脱离部队教育管理,特别是对于有些带着情绪走、被组织安排转业的转业干部来说,究竟
