机组割煤是综采面最大的产尘工序。最好的防尘技术措施应针对煤尘的形成处,即在截割煤岩时,减少粉尘的形成,其次是尽可能地在粉尘的形成点就近使粉尘凝聚。目前所采取的措施是:改革采煤机滚筒参数,使之尽可能地减少煤尘的形成;改革采煤机的喷雾,使之更有效地降尘;实现机载加压泵,解决了高压水源的问题;采用高压荷电喷雾、负压二次降尘技术,高效率地除尘。
