在实验室条件下,喷吹石灰系复合熔剂对含磷量为0.3%和0.5%左右的中磷半钢进行了同时脱磷脱硫的试验研究。结果表明:对[%P]_0=0.3~0.4%的中磷半钢,熔剂耗量为54公斤/吨半钢时,脱磷率为63%,同时脱硫率为30%。对[%P]_0=0.5%以上的中磷半钢,在石灰系复合熔剂中添加3~5%的苏打粉,在喷粉量深持不变的情况下,脱磷率可达66%。本文主要讨论了熔剂的拉度及喷吹连度、喷吹气体的压力与流量、粉气的混合比、喷枪及其插入深度等工艺因素对脱磷脱硫效果的影响。
Under laboratory conditions, simultaneous lime-phosphorus compound fluxes were used for simultaneous dephosphorization and desulfurization of medium-phosphorus semi-steel with phosphorus content of 0.3% and 0.5%. The results showed that the dephosphorization rate was 63% and the desulphurization rate was 30% for medium phosphorus semi - steel with [% P] _0 = 0.3 ~ 0.4% and flux consumption of 54 kg / ton semi - steel. For half-steel of medium-phosphorus [% P] _0 = 0.5% or more, 3 to 5% of soda ash is added to the lime-based compound flux, and the dephosphorization rate can reach 66% . In this paper, the effects of factors such as flux draw and degree of injection, pressure and flow of injected gas, mixing ratio of powder gas, spray gun and its insertion depth on dephosphorization desulfurization are discussed.
