对HX_D2C型机车冲击座连接螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析,并优化了冲击座结构。应用有限元方法对优化后的冲击座进行了强度校核,通过运行验证,证明了优化后冲击座的可靠性。
The fracture reason of HX_D2C locomotive impact seat connecting bolt is analyzed, and the impact seat structure is optimized. The finite element method was used to check the strength of the impact seat after optimization. The reliability of the impact seat after optimization was verified through the operation verification.
