以“双三元”模式培养高端技能型人才,是指我国职业技术教育对德国“双元制”职业技术教育模式的本土化改造的探索实践。所谓“双三元”是指政府、行业、企业和职业院校四方,可以形成两个平行的三元组合,即政府、学院、企业三元,或行业、学院、企业三元,通过“政校企”的结合或“行校企”联盟,以“合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展”的创新体制机制,实现高端技能型人才的培养。基于行业组织的高职教育“校企合作跨界教育”的改革思路,融进行业组织的学会、协会等元素。依托行业组织在企业与学院之间的平台,进行院企合作跨界教育。
