目的:调查福州市养老机构老年人综合健康功能现状并分析其影响因素。方法:应用老年人综合健康功能评估表(OARS量表)对福州市16家养老机构268名老年人进行综合健康功能评估,并采用Multinomial Logistic回归分析老年人综合健康功能状况的影响因素。结果:老年人综合健康优良者占35.4%,一般者占47.4%,较差者占17.2%。影响养老机构老年人综合健康功能状况的因素主要有文化程度、月收入、每年体检次数、患病个数。结论:养老机构老年人的综合健康状况一般者居多,老年人的文化程度、月收入、每年体检次数、患病个数对其综合健康状况有影响。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of comprehensive health function of elderly in pension institutions in Fuzhou and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: The comprehensive health functional assessment was performed on 268 elderly in 16 elderly care institutions in Fuzhou using the OARS scale. The influencing factors of the elderly general health status were analyzed by Multinomial Logistic regression. Results: Elderly patients with good general health accounted for 35.4%, accounting for 47.4% in general, and 17.2% in worse. The main factors influencing the overall health status of senior citizens in nursing homes are educational level, monthly income, number of annual medical examinations and number of illnesses. Conclusion: Elderly people generally have the most comprehensive health status in elderly care institutions. The education of elders, their monthly income, the annual number of examinations and the number of their illnesses have an impact on their general health status.
