两种消毒方法对电子支气管镜消毒效果比较

目的探讨含氯消毒剂对多重耐药菌、结核菌及真菌感染患者所使用电子支气管镜消毒效果。方法支气管镜按污染微生物不同分为多重耐药菌组、结核组、真菌组,每组又分为含氯消毒剂消毒5 min组、10 min组和用全自动内镜洗消机进行消毒的对照组。消毒后采样分别做细菌培养、结核菌培养或真菌培养。结果含氯消毒剂消毒5 min,多重耐药菌、结核菌、真菌组的支气管镜消毒合格率分别为100%、89.5%、84.0%。含氯消毒剂消毒10 min及对照组支气管镜消毒合格率均为100%。结论含氯消毒剂对接触多重耐药菌、结核菌或真菌感染患者使用的支气管镜消毒效果可靠。 Objective To investigate the sterilizing effect of electronic chlorine bronchoscope used in patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria, tuberculosis and fungal infections by chlorine disinfectant. Methods Bronchoscope was divided into multiple drug-resistant bacteria group, tuberculosis group and fungal group according to the different microorganisms. Each group was divided into 5-minute group with disinfectant containing chlorine, 10-minute group and sterilized with automatic endoscope washer Control group. After disinfection samples were bacterial culture, TB culture or fungal culture. Results The sterilizing rate of bronchoscope with multi-resistant bacteria, tubercle bacillus and fungi was 100%, 89.5% and 84.0% respectively after disinfecting with chlorine disinfectant for 5 min. Chlorine disinfectant disinfection 10 min and control group bronchoscopy disinfection pass rate was 100%. Conclusions Chlorine-containing disinfectants have a reliable bronchoscopical disinfection efficacy for patients exposed to multidrug-resistant, tuberculotic or fungal infections.
