教风一般是指围绕教学目的、态度、内容、方法、教学组织和纪律等方面的教师教学活动的内在素质的外在表现。教风塑造学风,决定校风,是校园文化和学校软实力的重要组成部分。在高职学校的教学课程体系中,“两课”是直接地培育学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和道德观的课程。所以,“两课”教师的教风也就更具有感染性和示范性,对学生的心灵更能起到浸润熏陶的作用。“两课”教风建设的过程其实也就是对学生进行品德思想进行塑造的过程,是学校育人系统工程的核心部分。
Teach the wind generally refers to the external qualities of the teachers’ teaching activities around the teaching purpose, attitude, content, methods, teaching organization and discipline. Teach the wind to shape the style of study, to determine the school style, is an important part of campus culture and school soft power. In the teaching system of higher vocational schools, “Two Courses” is to directly cultivate students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values and moral values. Therefore, the “two lessons” teachers ’teaching style is more contagious and demonstrative, and it is more capable of infiltrating students’ hearts. The process of building the teaching style of “two lessons” is actually the process of shaping students’ moral thoughts and is the core part of the system of educating people in the school.
