目的:探讨康复新液治疗手足口病的临床疗效,为手足口病的临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年5月我院收治的120例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用康复新液治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为81.7%;观察组治疗总有效率为96.7%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液治疗手足口病的有效率高,效果良好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxinye on the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease and provide a reference for the clinical treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: From January 2014 to May 2015, 120 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and observation group On the basis of routine treatment plus rehabilitation of new liquid treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of children. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 81.7%. The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Kangfuxin solution is effective and effective in the treatment of HFMD.
