目的通过胰炎清灌肠剂的主要药效学研究为临床应用提供实验依据。方法(1)制备牛黄胆酸钠致急性出血坏死型胰腺炎大鼠模型,观察胰炎清减轻胰腺损害及降低血清淀粉酶的作用;(2)通过小鼠热板法和扭体法试验,观察胰炎清的镇痛作用;(3)采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验,观察胰炎清的抗炎作用。结果胰炎清可减轻牛黄胆酸钠所造成的大鼠胰腺组织出血、坏死性损伤,缩小坏死面积,并能抑制血清淀粉酶活性的升高,与模型组比较差异有显著性;高剂量胰炎清组在给药后90及120min对热板法小鼠的痛阈值有提高作用;胰炎清高、低剂量组均有抑制小鼠扭体反应次数的作用,并能够抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀率。结论胰炎清具有减轻急性胰腺炎所致胰腺组织出血和坏死性损伤的作用,并能抑制血清淀粉酶活性的升高,同时具有抗炎、镇痛作用。
