本文报道27例心房纤颤合并二度房室传导阻滞。其诊断依据是:(1)出现三次以上的R—R间距长达1.5秒以上的心电图改变。(2)出现三次以上的结性(或室性)逸搏。21例正在应用洋地黄。停用洋地黄后,16例并发二度房室传导阻滞者得到恢复。
This article reports 27 cases of atrial fibrillation with second degree atrioventricular block. The diagnosis is based on: (1) more than three times the R-R interval as long as 1.5 seconds ECG changes. (2) more than three times of nodal (or ventricular) escape. 21 cases are being applied digitalis. After discontinuation of digitalis, 16 patients with secondary atrioventricular block were restored.
