以人工培育成熟的南美白对虾为材料,观察并描述了卵子从产出入水至幼体孵化出膜的整个胚胎发育过程。结果表明,在水温29.5℃,盐度28的条件下,整个胚胎发育过程需要12h左右。不同水温和盐度对受精卵孵化出膜的时间和受精率有显著影响。试验水温从29.5℃下降至26.8℃,孵化时间从11.3h增加到15h,最适孵化水温为28~30℃;最适盐度为27.93~33.01,盐度降低至22或升高至38,受精卵都不能正常发育。
Artificial breeding of mature P. vannamei was observed and described the whole process of embryo development from egg to hatch and hatch. The results showed that under the condition of water temperature of 29.5 ℃ and salinity of 28, the whole embryo development took about 12 hours. Different water temperature and salinity have significant influence on the time of hatching and fertilization of fertilized eggs.
