安徽合肥原市委副书记许道明利用接受他人请吃饭和出去旅游、考察之机收受贿赂的次数几近占到了其受贿总次数122次的一半,而在这一过程中达成某种约定以及所收到的贿赂款基本上占其受贿总额的三分之二。这再次说明管好领导干部的“八小时以外”不是小问题。
