随着汽车行业的迅猛发展,对冲压模具的要求也越来越高。通过对模具表面进行改质技术应用,可以改善模具质量及使用寿命。本文结合本公司历年来进行的模具表面改质技术应用,对比了不同表面改质技术原理、性能指标及长期使用效果,对各种表面改质技术与拉延模具结构、零件材质及厚度的适用性进行探讨,为本行业提供参考。
