铁路建设是国民经济迅速发展的动力,在铁路建设中做好征地拆迁补偿资金的管理,协调好建设过程中政府、建设单位、施工单位及被征迁户之间的关系是顺利完成铁路项目施工的保障。加强资金的管理,实现征地拆迁补偿资金的有序发放和安全保管极为重要。本文基于这种必要性,提出几点征地拆迁补偿资金支出的控制策略。
