近年来,我一直在关注“儒家生生伦理学”的建构问题。要完成这项工作,首先必须解决其逻辑起点问题。在充分借鉴笛卡尔、胡塞尔、唯识宗的智慧后,我将这个起点确定为内觉。所谓内觉简单说就是在伦理学范围内人的一种自我觉知能力。通过内觉我可以觉知到自己正在思考“我应该如何成就道德?”这个问题。根据儒家传统,这种思考的功能即为智性。有了这个发现,暂时不需要其他条件就可以证明我有智性的功能了。在“儒家生生伦理学”系统中,内觉先于智性,只有内觉才能成为这门学说可靠的逻辑起点,而不能反过来以智性自身来替代这个重要角色。这样我们便解决了这门学说的逻辑起点问题,在成功的道路上迈出了重要的一步。
In recent years, I have been paying attention to the question of the construction of Confucian ethics. To accomplish this task, we must first solve its logical starting point. After fully learning from the wisdom of Descartes, Husserl and Vaisnavas, I decided this starting point to be the inner one. The so-called internal perception is simply a kind of self-awareness of people within the scope of ethics. Through my inner perception, I can realize I am thinking about the question, “How should I accomplish morality?” According to the Confucian tradition, the function of this thinking is to be intellectual. With this discovery, I was able to prove that I had an intellectual function for the time being without any other conditions. In the system of Confucian ethics, internal consciousness precedes intellectualism, and only internal consciousness can become a reliable logical starting point for this theory, and can not in turn replace this important role with intellectual self. In this way we have solved the logical starting point of this doctrine and taken an important step toward success.
