应用 Gleeble-1500 热模拟试验机研究了控轧控冷参数对钒铌微合金钢性能的影响。研究结果表明,钒、铌复合加入比单独加入钢中具有更好的沉淀强化效果。对应于最佳强化效果的轧后冷却速度在 3—4℃/S之间。较低的变形速率与变形温度有利于沉淀相析出。钒含量增加,促使铌在更低的温度下析出,因而使高温应力峰移向低温区。
The influence of controlled rolling and controlled cooling on the properties of vanadium and niobium microalloyed steel was studied by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine. The results show that the addition of vanadium and niobium has better precipitation strengthening effect than the steel added alone. The post-rolling cooling rate corresponding to the best strengthening effect is between 3-4 ° C / S. Lower deformation rates and deformation temperatures favor precipitation of precipitates. Increasing the vanadium content causes niobium to precipitate at a lower temperature, thereby shifting the high temperature stress peak to a lower temperature range.
