对甲壳素吸附铥(Ⅲ)的过程及吸附行为进行了研究。考查了溶液介质pH、温度、吸附时间、甲壳素量等因素对吸附行为的影响。实验结果表明,甲壳素对铥的吸附在pH=4.93时为最佳。25℃时静态饱和吸附量为319.2 mg.g-1。用0.5 mol.L-1的HCl溶液作为解吸剂,解吸率为97.6%;甲壳素对铥(Ⅲ)表观吸附活化能Ea=2.61 kJ.mol-1,表观吸附速率常数k298=7.93×10-5s-1,测得热力学参数分别为ΔH=16.5 kJ.mol-1,ΔG=-0.48 kJ.mol-1,ΔS=57.12 J.mol-1.K-1,吸附行为服从Freundlich经验式,并用化学和红外光谱的方法探求甲壳素对铥(Ⅲ)的吸附机理。
The chitin adsorption process 及 (Ⅲ) process and adsorption behavior were studied. The effects of pH, temperature, adsorption time and amount of chitin on the adsorption behavior were investigated. The experimental results show that the adsorption of chitin to 铥 is best at pH = 4.93. The static saturated adsorption capacity at 25 ℃ was 319.2 mg.g-1. The desorption rate was 97.6% with 0.5 mol·L-1 HCl solution as the desorption reagent. The apparent activation energy for chitin was 0.61 kJ · mol-1 and the apparent adsorption rate constant was k298 = 7.93 × 10-5s-1. The measured thermodynamic parameters were ΔH = 16.5 kJ · mol-1, ΔG = -0.48 kJ · mol-1 and ΔS = 57.12 J.mol-1.K-1 respectively. The adsorption behavior obeys Freundlich empirical formula , And chemical and infrared spectroscopic methods to explore chitin adsorption of 铥 (Ⅲ) mechanism.
