根据流体力学中空气射流理论 ,从理论和实验上研究了空气幕隔离综采工作面司机处呼吸性粉尘的原理及其方法 .空气幕在采煤机司机工作区与煤壁间形成了一道“无形透明的屏障” ,阻隔采煤机截煤过程中粉尘向司机处扩散 ,应用于现场效果明显 ,平均隔离呼吸性粉尘效率达82 3 4% .
According to the theory of air jet in fluid mechanics, the principle and method of respirable dust at the driver’s cabin with air curtain are studied theoretically and experimentally.The air curtain forms a “ Invisible and transparent barrier ”to prevent the dust from spreading to the driver during coal cutting process. The obvious effect applied in the scene is that the efficiency of isolated respirable dust is 82 3 4% on average.
