一概况高压导电头在点火线圈中主要起导电作用,其次起接线作用(见图1)。我厂从1969年起试制点火线圈,其高压导电头用φ10黄铜棒车制,一个车工每天只能完成100件,并且浪费材料。1973年,经过反复试验,终于试制成功了高压导电头采用冷挤压工艺。插入式点火线圈高压导电头冷挤前毛坯料首先在冲床上下料(见图2),然后经过退火冷挤成型。生产效率比车制提高18倍左右,材料利用率由原来的29%提高
