目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚对硫化氢急性中毒所致心血管损伤的临床疗效。方法收集32例硫化氢急性中毒患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各16人,观察组给予盐酸戊乙奎醚+常规治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。记录患者30min、24h、3d及7d血清心肌酶谱;用ELISA法测定患者上述时间肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素8(IL-8)等血清炎症因子含量。结果观察组血清心肌酶谱、炎症因子TNF-α、IL-8含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),心电图心肌损伤性ST、T波改变明显改善(P<0.05)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚可以减轻硫化氢急性中毒引起的心血管损伤并改善心血管功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on cardiovascular injury caused by acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning. Methods Thirty-two patients with acute poisoning of hydrogen sulfide were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 16 in each. The observation group was given penehyclidine hydrochloride and conventional therapy while the control group was given conventional therapy. Serum myocardial enzymes were recorded at 30, 24, 3, and 7 days. Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-8 and other inflammatory cytokines were measured by ELISA. Results The levels of serum myocardial enzymes, TNF-α and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the changes of myocardial ST and T wave in ECG were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride can reduce cardiovascular injury caused by acute poisoning of hydrogen sulfide and improve cardiovascular function.
