本文系统地研究了痕量元素在浓盐酸体系中的分离富集行为,试验了浓盐酸乙醇比例对分离过程的影响。实验结果表明,采用浓盐酸体系可以有效地将Li、Mg、Ca、Fe、Ni、Al、Ga、Sn、As、Cu、P、V、Cr、W、Zn、Mo和Pt从氯化钠基体中分离出来,回收率达80%以上。还确定了ICPAES法同时测定上述元素的最佳工作条件,在此实验条件下方法的检出限分别为1.3—190ng g,相对标准偏差为0.70—3.5%(c=5μg mL, n=10)。本法具有灵敏、准确、快速、操作简便和多元素同时测定的优点,适用于高纯氯化钠及以氯化钠为基体的试样中痕量杂质的测定。
This paper systematically studied the separation and enrichment of trace elements in concentrated hydrochloric acid system, and studied the influence of the ratio of concentrated hydrochloric acid to the separation process. The experimental results show that Li, Mg, Ca, Fe, Ni, Al, Ga, Sn, As, Cu, P, V, Cr, W, Zn, Mo and Pt can be effectively removed from the sodium chloride matrix In the separation, the recovery rate of more than 80%. The ICPAES method was also used to determine the optimal working conditions of the above elements simultaneously. The detection limits of these methods were 1.3-190ng g and 0.70-3.5% respectively (c = 5μg mL, n = 10) . This method is sensitive, accurate, fast, easy to operate and the advantages of simultaneous determination of multiple elements, suitable for the determination of trace impurities in high purity sodium chloride and sodium chloride-based samples.
