教师要用一颗爱心去发现幼儿身上的优点和闪光点,善于利用多样的教育方式,给予幼儿鼓励和表扬,让幼儿乐于接受教育,培养幼儿良好的行为习惯将起到积极的作用。
Teachers should use a loving heart to discover the advantages and bright spots of young children. They should be good at using a variety of educational methods to encourage and praise young children, so that young children will be willing to receive education and cultivate good behavior habits of young children.
