工业化是用机器体系取代手工劳动的经济过程。黑龙江省正处在工业化中期,加快新型工业化进程对黑龙江省经济发展意义重大。黑龙江省新型工业化的构架是六大新兴产业、四个支柱产业、四项传统产业和一个国防科工产业。实现黑龙江省新型工业化的宏伟蓝图任务艰巨,必须深化改革,从体制上保证加速实现新型工业化;引导经济结构调整,从结构上促进工业化进程;加快市场化和国际化进程,为工业化进程的有效推进创造有利条件;充分发挥政府的职能,强力助推新型工业化的进程。
Industrialization is the economic process of replacing manual labor with a machine system. Heilongjiang Province is in the midst of industrialization. Speeding up the process of new-type industrialization is of great significance to the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.
