高中英语教师的成长直接关系普通高中英语课程改革的成败。然而,现实中高中英语教师成长的真实性令人堪忧,随着教师教龄的增加,激情的淡化,很多英语教师进取心减弱,表现为能够应付高考,但知识结构陈旧,对学科前沿知识了解甚少等。即便如此,这样的英语教师还往往被冠之以各种骨干或优秀的头衔。本文将这类高中教师的成长定义为非真实性成长,将对非真实成长的原因作一些浅析,并给出相应的对策。
The growth of high school English teachers is directly related to the success or failure of English curriculum reform in ordinary senior middle schools. However, in reality, the authenticity of the growth of English teachers in senior high schools is worrying. With the increase of teachers’ teaching age and the fading of passion, many English teachers are less motivated and able to cope with college entrance examination.
