通过对连铸过程中钛扁锭的固-液界面形貌分析,研究了拉锭速度和浇注温度对钛锭固-液界面的影响规律。利用有限元法对电子束冷床炉熔炼大规格钛扁锭连铸凝固过程进行模拟研究,通过对钛扁锭进行温度场稳态模拟计算后,获得了浇注温度和拉锭速度对钛扁锭凝固达到稳态时凝固界面形貌和固相分数的影响机制。
Through the analysis of solid-liquid interface morphology of titanium ingot during continuous casting process, the influence of ingot speed and pouring temperature on the solid-liquid interface of titanium ingot was studied. The finite element method was used to simulate the solidification process of large scale titanium slab continuous casting by electron beam cold bed furnace.
