目的分析天津市居民动物伤害的流行趋势及分布特征,以期提高对动物伤害的关注。方法制定全市统一的伤害病例报告标准,通过天津市覆盖户籍人口的非传染性疾病发病监测系统收集全市各级各类医院急、门诊和住院的动物伤害病例,并通过市、区两级的现场督导、培训及数据审核控制病例报告质量。区、县疾病预防控制中心(CDC)每月汇总审核辖区医院的上报数据,市CDC对全市的上报数据进行汇总、审核、整理和分析。结果 2006-2014年天津市居民动物伤害发生率由144.14/10万上升至375.38/10万;其中骨折及需缝合的动物伤从5.50/10万上升至17.21/10万;需手术治疗的病例由0.41/10万上升至3.41/10万;病例的分布特征为男性高于女性,城市显著高于农村,少年儿童和青壮年病例的构成比超过90%,并且80%以上的致伤动物为犬类。结论天津市居民动物伤害呈大幅上升趋势,疾病负担不断增加,应尽快采取制定政策、落实法规和健康教育等多种措施规范宠物饲养,防控动物伤害。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological trends and distribution characteristics of animal injuries in Tianjin residents with a view to raising the awareness of animal injuries. Methods The unified reporting standards of injury cases in the whole city were formulated. The cases of animal injuries in acute, outpatient and inpatient cases of various hospitals in all levels of the city were collected through the non-contagious disease surveillance system covering the population of census register in Tianjin and passed the municipal and district levels Supervision, training and data review and control of the quality of case reports. District and County Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) monthly summary review of the area of the hospital’s reporting data, the city CDC summary of the city’s reporting data, review, collation and analysis. Results The incidence of animal injuries in Tianjin residents increased from 144.14 / 100 000 to 375.38 / 100 000 in 2006-2014. The number of fractures and sutures to be sutured increased from 5.50 / 100 000 to 17.21 / 100 000. The cases requiring surgical treatment were 0.41 / 100000 to 3.41 / 100000; the distribution of cases was higher in males than in females, cities were significantly higher than in rural areas, children and young adults accounted for more than 90% of the composition, and more than 80% of the animals were dogs class. Conclusion The incidence of animal injuries in Tianjin residents has been on the rise and the burden of diseases has been on the rise. We should promptly formulate policies and implement laws, regulations and health education to standardize pet keeping and prevent animal injuries.
