目的通过对四川大学华西医院近5年进修学员基本情况调查,分析该院进修现况,对其未来进修教育及管理工作进行探讨。方法利用电子档案信息对2010年1月-2014年12月所有进修学员的性别、民族、年龄、学历、职称以及来源地等基本情况进行分类汇总、统计分析。结果该院2010年-2014年进修学员人数共计7 478人。主要分布在26~35岁年龄段,以初级职称、本科群体为主。少数民族、县级医院、医学院附属医院及省级医院以及外省的进修学员逐年增多,说明该院进修教育在不同民族、不同级别医院及不同地域上辐射引力的增加。目前存在的问题包括:缺乏详细的进修简介及招收宣传,学员来源复杂、业务水平参差不齐,教学培训计划难以统一制定。结论需要结合当前进修管理面临的问题,正确处理学员数量和质量的关系。科学制定招生规划,加强进修宣传,提高生源质量,科学制定培养计划,严格实施考核评估,不断完善信息反馈制度才能加强医院继续医学教育水平建设,全面提高进修管理水平和进修教育质量。
Objective To investigate the basic situation of trainees in West China Hospital of Sichuan University during the past five years and analyze the current status of the trainees and discuss the future education and management of them. Methods The e-archives information was used to classify and analyze the basic situation of all the trainees from January 2010 to December 2014 on the basis of their gender, ethnicity, age, academic record, title and source. Results The hospital from 2010 to 2014 trainees a total of 7 478 people. Mainly distributed in the age group of 26 to 35 years, junior titles, undergraduate groups. The number of minority, county-level hospitals, affiliated hospitals of medical schools and provincial-level hospitals as well as those of other provinces has been increasing year by year, indicating the increase of radiological gravitation in the education of different nationalities, hospitals of different levels and different geographical areas. The existing problems include: the lack of detailed introduction to education and recruitment, source of complex students, uneven levels of business, teaching and training programs are difficult to develop uniform. Conclusion It is necessary to correctly handle the relationship between the number and quality of trainees in light of the problems faced by the current learning management. To scientifically formulate enrollment plans, to enhance further training and publicity, to improve the quality of students, to scientifically formulate training plans, to strictly implement appraisal and assessment, and to constantly improve the information feedback system can we enhance the building of continuing medical education in hospitals and improve the quality of further education management and education.
