本文描述了一种多用直接式血流图仪,既可测阻抗,又可测导纳。阻抗与导纳共用一个通道,阻抗部分为恒流式,导纳部分为恒压式。仪器设有二次微分和叠加电路。利用心电、心音、阻抗(导纳)叠加图,可在单笔心电图机作描记的条件下测定各种心收缩时间间期。本文从理论上证明了阻抗图与导纳图的关系,据此,提出了恒压式导纳图仪设计的基本原则。
This article describes a versatile direct blood flow meter that measures both impedance and admittance. Impedance and admittance share a channel, the impedance part of the constant current, admittance part of the constant pressure type. The instrument has a second differential and superposition circuit. Using ECG, heart sound, impedance (admittance) overlay map, in a single electrocardiogram tracing conditions under the conditions of determination of various systolic time interval. In this paper, the relationship between impedance diagrams and admittance diagrams is theoretically proved. Based on this, the basic principles of the design of constant voltage admittance graphs are presented.
