既然知道了热身的重要和怎样做一个好的热身。这期我们就要谈谈练习/训练课结束后身体的冷却。冷却由热身结束后的一段轻量训练活动构成。冷却的目的是为了帮助你的身体回到训练前的状态。包括降低你的心率,呼吸频率和身体的核心温度。在网球运动中,冷却活动包括在底线匀速对拉,一小段慢跑,最后是一些拉伸训练。冷却和热身有一样的重要性,但是很多球员会忘记或者直接忽略冷却活动。

Cooling consists of a light-weight training session after warm-up. The purpose of cooling is to help your body return to pre-training state. Including lowering your heart rate, respiratory rate, and body temperature. In tennis, the cooling activities include a constant pull on the bottom, a short jog, and finally stretching exercises. Cooling and warm-up are just as important, but many players forget or ignore cooling activities directly.
