依照目前我国社会主义市场经济的发展趋势,水资源开发问题和水资源保护问题已经慢慢衍生成为社会关心的重点问题。目前我国水资源保护过程中存在的较为严重的问题,尤其是水资源管理体制不健全,相关方面的法律、法规不够全面,水资源保护方面的主要技术较为落后等等,这些主要问题的存在都不利于提高水资源保护工作的质量和效率。本文将会主要探析当前我们国家在水资源保护和开发过程中出现的问题,制定与之相关的解决措施。
